I think this is the most important thing in this work model, the clear definition of responsibilities and deliverables for each study and the monitoring of progress. In this sense, it seems essential to me to have some software, not only at the Gantt and project management level, but also to be able to leave feedback from the area managers (director of animation, art, post-production, as appropriate) and who can validate frequently (daily, weekly or biweekly)
