I think personal accounts like social or email should not connect on working devices. If the personal and professional device is same then A seperate window ?? should be opened for working. After working hours simply switch to personal and continue.

U can not download another application on already registered google Workspace Play Store. Limited app access and security measures prevent you from unauthorised activity.

Definitely both parties should respect privacy policies. Employer have to clear a guideline about the data collection from their devices and what the employer will use the same. And this also the fact that some devices can create health issues to employees so the employer must reduce the capacity of handling devices after confirmation of employee.
