Creates a small, safe space of peers for reflection on what they have heard. 2. Creates active processing and memory. 3. Gets all the voices in the room. I time the discussion for 5-10 minutes. If a complex subject, I let the small grow session run longer. Then back into the big group, going around the room to let each group share generally what they discussed.
