For example, if you're targeting solopreneurs who are scraping ￡20k a year, improving their bottom line by 10% will only mean an extra ￡2k. How much time and money would they really be willing to invest for that improvement? Whereas a 10% improvement to a multinational would probably equate to millions. Your fee becomes an insignificant blip in comparison.

Becoming certified in a skill set that will set you apart from your competitors is a good reason to increase your fees. Your new skills will give you a competitive advantage.

Here I want to give women in particular a warning. All too often, women undervalue what they already have and know. Women tend to think they must get another course, a new certification, and more credentials. Most likely you don't. Just raise those damn prices and be sure that you know what you know! How else are you going to pay for that next training? ??
