Wann merken wir, dass sich Menschen nicht für Kennzahlen engagieren wollen, sondern für sinnstiftende Ziele? Menschen folgen immer Menschen. Und Visionen. Darum ist ein gemeinsames, starkes Bild von Zukunft so wichtig. Und was würde passieren, wir würden den Weg (all die Meilensteine etc.) mal loslassen und würden den Weg beim Gehen entstehen lassen? Es k?nnte sein, dass etwas viel Gr??eres, Besseres, Erfolgreicheres entsteht ...

Para construir un equipo centrado en el crecimiento financiero, es fundamental establecer objetivos claros y medibles. Además, se debe fomentar una cultura de innovación y aprendizaje continuo, desarrollar habilidades relevantes, promover la colaboración y la comunicación efectiva, e implementar sistemas de incentivos basados en el rendimiento. Empoderar a los miembros del equipo, monitorear y ajustar estrategias constantemente, enfocarse en las necesidades del cliente, adoptar tecnología y automatización, y promover la adaptabilidad y resiliencia. La evaluación y retroalimentación contribuyen a la mejora continua y al reconocimiento de logros. Estas estrategias combinadas integralmente construyen un equipo exitoso en el ámbito financiero.

I disagree the first step of a building a team focused financial growth is setting goals and metrics. “Financial growth” implies you already have a direction. I believe the first step is defining the skills and expertise required to achieve the objective of financial growth. Then assess the current team for strengths, weaknesses and gaps in the talent.

Ziele zu definieren ist auf jeden Fall sinnvoll. Das scheint auch schon gemacht worden zu sein. KPIs würde ich jedoch erst gemeinsam mit dem Team definieren. Daher ist mein erster Schritt hier der Aufbau eines kleinen und schlagkr?ftigen Teams aus Experten verschiedener Fachbereiche.

Menschen arbeiten nicht für Geld. Auf jeden Fall nicht im tiefsten Grund. Menschen m?chten etwas Sinn-volles beitragen, m?chten Selbstrealisation erleben und das Gefühl haben, dass ihr Tun nicht egal ist. Sicher k?nnen finanzielle Ziele einen kurzfristigen Anreiz geben, doch ist der Anreiz bei einem anderen Unternehmen gr??er, dann sind sie weg. Daher ist es wichtig, ein gr??eres, verbindenderes, gemeinsames Bild von Zukunft zu haben. Für das es sich lohnt, morgens aufzustehen und das Beste zu geben. Dann ist der finanzielle Erfolg das ERGEBNIS dieses Tuns, nicht der ANTRIEB.

The vision must be clear and understandable for everyone, and managers must set an example. Don't just write the values in a brochure but on all the walls, they must accompany everyone throughout the day.

This department or individual goal need to be clearly communicated to the team, why it is important and how it affects the overall financial strategy and growth. This will give clarity to each team member

Respecto a esto, es fundamental que el líder del equipo pueda delegar. Para hacerlo, debes desarrollar confianza en las capacidades de respuesta del equipo y el proceso debe ser gradual. En mi experiencia más reciente me ha tomado en el caso de una colaboradora aproximadamente unos dos a?os en delegar un conjunto de actividades complejas y hoy tengo la confianza absoluta de su capacidad para atender estas actividades sin supervisión, aunque esto no quiere decir que la supervisión haya dejado de existir. En mi opinión, una de las mayores satisfacciones que podemos tener en el ambiente laboral es observar el crecimiento profesional de nuestros colaboradores.

Align skill development with organisational goals, foster a growth mindset, and recognize and reward advancements. Never forget to give good points. Give confidence to your team, they will always go over your expectations if they feel they have a strong motivation and support for it!
