What I feel is that for data viz, shiny, flexdashboard, ggplot2, ggplotly, and plotly for R could be good choice. Alternatively, Seaborn and Dash for Python is another option. These are both, open source and free for non commercial use. If one is looking for licensed and with OEM's support system, my choice is PowerBi from Microsoft.
