Don't view a videographer on set as a rival getting in the way of you doing your job. They're getting paid to deliver on a creative project just like you. Collaborate with each other early in. Hop on a pre-production call if possible to get a sense of what shots they need, what gear, lighting, and crew they'll bring. Videographers tend to have more to bring, more crew to work with, and be less quick at making on-the-spot changes. So be mindful of them but also see if there are ideas you can duplicate on the photo side. If there's an incredible angle that you didn't think of, it's not unreasonable to ask the videographer after they've gotten the shot if you can also capture that on photo. And let them do the same for you too.
