I would set up the just-in-time method. This saves on energy, time, inventory, money, This makes for a some smooth system but the buyers, customer service have to purchase all necessary pieces and customer works with the custom for a practical date to be shipped. These two departments must have the pieces in house just in time to start the order. Do not purchase the prices too far out, they will be count in inventory adding more cost and space. This is a good system.
