Adding one Entrepreneurial OKR beyond the usual functional OKR which pushes the individual to push beyond boundaries and into unknown territories. Some examples of the areas this OKR can be around are: 1. A new or live business priority project like entering a new market or new vertical or new product/service launch. 2. A new initiative that contributes to top line or productivity enhancement. 3. A cross functional project like cost saving or profitability enhancement.

In my experience, one of the most crucial factors in driving any business towards success is the careful selection of a strong team. Regardless of the products or services your company offers, assembling a talented and dedicated team is paramount. Once this core team is in place, the next vital element is empowering them.
