Forecasting is simple and it’s also not. What do you want to achieve - if you want to become leaner - you’ll have to plan for re-organizational designing. If you’re planning on growing - you’ll have to invest in your people and equipment and software. If you want to increase customer databases - you might think about expanding markets - either different products or entering new markets. Once you have the scope or objective clearly set-up - the numbers will help you get there.
