You should be saying thank you early and often throughout a campaign —?thanking donors immediately for their support. When a campaign ends, it's an opportunity to thank all of your donors again. Don't wait too long on "perfect" numbers or "audited" results. Send that video thank you right away. Share a specific impact story in an email thank you. Send a thank you letter from leadership. Then, when the numbers are ready, share a complete report (printed or online). You can't say thank you too often or be too transparent in sharing campaign results.
