User feedback is vital, especially in development, If you are deploying solutions that aren't in-line with user needs then you are ultimately doing a dis-service to the user. There are a few programs, (I won't mention) that I use, that seem to be losing functionality since the advent of (SaaS), even though the entire community, in every forum I've participated in has similar qualms. "loss of this feature", "workflow automation no longer working after update" etc. This is due to not listening to developers ignoring their users feedback. Remember as a developer the end user is your lifeblood.
