Also consider in which jurisdiction your data is being stored, which cloud provider is being used and recognise that it is your responsibility to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data. This is important to note given the dynamic and sometimes temporary nature of containers. Backup strategies, incident response and disaster recovery strategies should be updated to reflect this nature.
