1 Define your objectives and scope

Objective One of the best and important objective of benchmarking is measuring performance on certain things rather functions. And these all measure depend on certain goal which they decide earlier so through benchmarking they know how much efficient there functions and assets for them in particular time period . Scope When we say scope it's very wide in benchmarking as we can do in many things and also we can pre-determine things for a certain period of time .

A l'exemple d'une analyse comparative concurrentielle qui nous compare directement à ceux de nos concurrents ou les leaders de l'industrie. L'entreprise PEP excelle dans son domaine des produits bio( Tomate, Cacao) s'est vu rétrogradé en 3eme position Apres ses chiffres d'affaires qui a baissé de 30% par rapport à l'an dernier et le journal officiel du secteur agro-alimentaire le classe en 3em position, notamment elle s'est fait surpassé par un un nouveau produit bio de cacao mixé avec du lait naturel, elle a su cela grace à l’enquête réalisé par son équipe rédigeant un certains nombre de question pour ses fidèles clients(pour améliorer leur produit),grace à cette enquête elles ont la formule,je vous laisse imaginer la décision( Direction)
