First a team consists of people those who make a organization work seamlessly. Trickling down the organizational goals to individuals is the first priority. To make them believe and realize the bigger picture is a difficult but crucial activity. When team members see what they are working for and how their work affects the organization, a realization occurs. Team members should be always given option to express their own self opinion and the way they want to handle an issue and work on it. It gives them freedom of thought and instills a sense of responsibility and belonging. We can always circulate an anonymous poll among the team to know their views about the program without any fear from them of any sort of repercussions or judging them.

Creo que hay que retar a las personas, ayudarlas a sentirse seguras, a mantener el espíritu curioso... Mantener un tono edificante, alimentar la ilusión, corregir, encauzar... El análisis constante, la autoevaluación sostenida. Creo que esa es la forma de mantenerse en el proyecto y llegar al fin del mismo con equipo y espíritu de equipo.
