Agree with avoiding ftp to deploy to server. But this type usually not working with shared hosting because of the limitation like terminal access

Of course, most of us will try to avoid FTP/S deployments, especially manual ones. However, it's also true that sometimes we have external providers or VPS that only allow that protocol. In such cases, automated deployments with DeployHQ can alleviate the pain.

In my experience, usually we combine this with git. Because including all vendor file in github making the repository too big in therefore slow to clone

Serverless is indeed great, and I really like it. However, I would say it's more suitable for specific use cases, as the costs can be significantly higher than other options. While it's true that we don't have to manage the infrastructure, we'll need to thoroughly understand how it works and adapt our application to leverage its benefits effectively.
