Although you can use this mixture for pipe line, but this will be expensive, So you can just use Xylene and Soak them with Xylene for some Hours and clean them with brushing/Milling system or Brushing/Milling system + Diesl.

The first thing to do is get a single phase downhole sample so that you can define the asphaltene phase envelope. I would also do SARA analysis. Una recomendación muy importante es evitar el uso de biocida sin un estudio de las bacterias presentes (estudio microbiológico) y con esto identificar que se quiere combatir, por ejemplo he visto prácticas inadecuadas donde incluyen biocida con base glutaraldeido como solución y resulta que tienen bacterias pseudomonas en el sistema, las cuales se comen el glutaraldeido y en lugar de matarlas, las engordan y se reproducen!!

A mi me ha resultado útil hacer estudios completos de caracterización y usarlos en pruebas rigurosas que incluyan la prueba de rompimiento de emulsión, esto es, debido a que cada surfactante tiene una naturaleza y no funciona igual.
