1 Potential vs performance

From my point of view it is difficult to compensate a lack of potential with high performance in the long term. Development will not be able to increase to the extent as desired. If there is a lack of performance, however, it is difficult to assess whether the problem is due to a lack of potential or a lack of motivation. In order to analyze this, a feedback system must be established, which helps to identify the employee's needs.

One of the most important KPIs for potential is learning agility, which is the ability to learn from experience and apply that learning to new and changing situations.
