What are the best flipped classroom models for LMS integration and interoperability?

One time at work, we integrated the four pillars model into our LMS. This approach, emphasising flexible environments, learning culture, intentional content, and the role of the professional educator, allowed us to create a dynamic learning space. We utilised the LMS to offer a mix of synchronous and asynchronous activities, enabling students to learn at their own pace while still receiving personalised guidance from educators. The risk with some asynchronous pedagogies such as problem-based learning or enquiry-based learning is that learners have gaps in their knowledge of the subject taught. They have generally delved deeper into the subjects assigned to them than those who follow other pedagogical approaches, but they may overlook certain points that were not necessary for the resolution of their subjects. That's why I think it's best to use these two approaches as a way to motivate learners by asking them to work on concrete topics first, and then have them study the full course in a second step, using other pedagogies like flipped classroom. This ensures that they have studied both the entire course and one or more applications.
