I’m on the humanitarian sector, so I don’t refer to customers but rather people we work for. A few tips below: ? Work hard at being an accessible organization. ? Don’t use leading questions. ? Allow for free text. ? Complaints or demands need to be as easy filed and processed, as submitting feedback. ? Know well the community you are working for. ? Perhaps more important is collective feedback. Humanitarian services targeting families or individuals, such as food assistance, allow for individual feedback. However, people we work for need to give feedback also to general strategies and approaches. This means also allowing for organized feedback and actual participation in decision-making from community-based organizations.

Destaco por sobre todo dos aspectos que producen beneficios en la toma de decisiones teniendo en cuenta la retroalimentación del cliente, la primera es la temprana detección de los problemas y la segunda es la fidelización que se produce, al mostrar a los clientes que sus opiniones son valoradas y que la empresa está dispuesta a actuar en base a sus comentarios, se fortalece la relación con los mismos. Esto puede llevar a la creación de defensores de la marca.

La retroalimentación es la clave para entender la necesidad del cliente ya que ellos, como usuarios finales, son quienes directamente experimentan los beneficios o errores que se tiene en un producto final.
