Section views can be scaled based on the need (i.e. enlarged to visualize miniature details, and on the contrary, scaled down to accommodate them in case of a space constraint on the drawing sheet, without loosing the important details)

En mi olgada trayectoria, las vistas auxiliares a veces resultan redundantes, hay que saber exponerlas para que la persona que vea el plano de dibujo la sepa interpretar correctamente

In my experience, even with symmetry it may be necessary to include the details in a section or auxiliary view, i.e. some manufactured components may be symmetrical but have different connectors added later on while in production.

I agree with most of it. However, “labeling” and “the use of clear annotations and notes” could be a form of redundancy, so words like the legend or notes section in the engineering document or drawing are most likely to clarify technical specifications. In fact, those words would “trigger” attention focus for technical professionals. But, if the idea is to target a general audience, then the simpler the better. In other words, defining the audience is the key of transmitting the technical information, it’s a critical success factor, then all the technical standard applicable to the engineering document or drawing must be mentioned so the audience knows what “the rules of the game are”
