It can help, but for your complexity. It would be hard to keep in maintenance and internalize organisation culture. So it is really important to analysis options

We have used this model in several organizations to evaluate the level of maturity. Among the strengths of this tool is the simplicity of its criteria, and most of the organization's employees can understand and answer the questions without any additional explanation. Also, this model can be used in all industries and organizations of any size. The only challenge of this model, in my opinion, is the criteria related to "results and achievements", which many employees of the organization do not have a proper understanding of. The statistical analysis of data is also very simple in this model.
