Of course always the verbatim should also include the kind of support programs executed for the clients that kept the engagement going forward. Here are some of my practices, 1. provide a blurb on the top of the resume that highlights the summarised version of the experience covering both technical and personal strengths. 2. Write a short 2-3 lines introduction about the previous employers, kind of business and your role over there. 3. Try to keep the message concise, no one has time to re-read the same messages in every experience so keep it unique in each 4. Highlight the industry experience, stakeholders dealt with, kind of business closed, technologies work in and revenues generated 5. Never hesitate to highlight those niche strengths because these keep your profile highlighted in the lot e.g., ability to open the doors, making cold calls etc.,

The honest confession on the resume is like a natural ability to speak about yourself in a self inspiring way. I mean, always put forward the strengths in the resume especially the relationship with the clients, references of your clients that you could proudly share with the employer, credibility with your peers in the organization, how you built the trust with the clients etc., are all self motivating factors. Also keep some reliable situational achievements like how did you failed and succeeded in typical sales scenarios, as some may be interested to know our ability to handle the situations. These are those traits that need no rehearsal, as one can speak outright in any crowd.

What are the synonyms for increase? How about Catapulted, Propelled, Boosted, Raised, Elevated or Uplifted? A simple action verb change and alter the impact and provide more clout.

Oh my this is a great topic. Sales porofessionals are the worst resume writers, no doubt about that! I rarely see a good, performance-driven, ATS friendly resume written by a sales professional. They tend to repeat the action verb Increased incessantly. What about Propelled, Elevated, Catapulted, Uplifted, Raised, Boosted, Enhanced, Heightened, Grew and many more. Be creative, be bold and use the English language to the maximum.
