In my belief, todays "rush-to-scale" to remain competitive in the marketplace is causing team members to lose sight of the organizations mission statements and overall goals. This leaves employees in a mental state where their individual and team contributions seem to just blend into the background, causing a lack of pride and purpose within teams, and making the individuals contribution feel less a part of the finished project that they all have roles in producing. When team members are able to understand the criticality of their position in relation to the overall goal, it facilitates inter-team bonding and a sense of comradery. When we all feel valued and heard, the development of individual and team pride and engagement is ASTOUNDING

Understand the cause of the clash, is this work related or something else? Passion can drive conflict and it can be that folks what the same thing, but from different perspectives. Experience has taught me the clash must be tackled rather than left, as it will likely escalate and cause additional problems if left.
