this step is so important in figuring out what's is going on and seeing what can be fixed, it cannot be overstated, collect the data see where everything points then you can make a plan of attack so to speak to address the issues but if you have dozens of complaints and you think each one is separate issue you can waste so much time if you don't take the time and organize the data which can reveal the true issues and save time in the end
