Giving a new start--> I want to share a story of my colleague. He was working in a team, having personal issues with one of the team member. These problems were affecting their overall professional duty. Here I suggested: 1. For a while, stop personal discussions completely and treat each other as new joiners. 2. Clearly define your project duties and regular meetings to discuss that(no personal discussions) 3. All the communications shall be on e-mails. In this way not only project performance improved (each one of them gave their best), but also their personal relations came back on the track.
