Handling conflict between coachees during a group session requires calm, impartial intervention. Acknowledge the issue respectfully and set clear ground rules for constructive dialogue. Facilitate an open discussion, allowing both parties to express their views without interruption. Use active listening to identify underlying issues and common ground. Redirect focus to the session’s objectives, emphasizing shared goals. If the conflict persists, consider addressing it privately outside the session. Ensure the group feels supported and maintain a safe, collaborative environment to keep the session productive and inclusive.
