Switching to Agile is an exciting journey to the people who are driving the process, the ones who already know and has experienced the benefit of working in Agile model. But this could be a stressful and scary experience for teams that has worked in traditional models like waterfall. At this point, the Agile tutor/Agile enthusiast/Scrum master should help to make this journey an easy, exciting and result-oriented experience. Goals and expectation must be transparent. There must be space to make mistakes and criticism must be minimal (or at least not public) this will help the team members find the agile ceremonies enjoyable and productive.
