I reinforce accountability by aligning their tasks with overall project goals, ensuring they see their impact. Regular check-ins and progress tracking help catch issues early. Rather than assigning blame, I focus on solutions, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement to keep the project on track.

My actions would be: 1. talk to my team member as a family member. 2. Understand his real problem whether it is a personal or an official 3. Stand by my team member to make a plan of actions to mitigate if it official. Address it immediately by supporting my team member to address and resolve if it is personal issue. 4. Extend moral support and suitable support in terms of additional technical or service manpower to meet his target. 5. I would motivate instead of demotivating to move forward so that he can achieve additional targets in coming month.
