The one which necessarily help and support teachers in solving challenges of classroom management, learning outcomes and assessment checks.

One thing I've found helpful is recognizing that the best EdTech platform is the one that aligns with a school's specific needs. Customizing features to fit educational goals, like enhancing collaborative learning or tracking student progress, can be crucial. Actually, I disagree with the notion that there is a single "supreme" platform for all classrooms. Different contexts demand different tools, and flexibility is key. An example I've seen is when a district piloted multiple platforms, selecting the one that best matched their teachers' preferences for ease of use and robust data analytics, ultimately increasing adoption and satisfaction.

I do not believe that one platform will reign supreme. Technology is always changing. The best platforms are ones that are designed either by teachers or alongside teachers. These are the platforms that are easy for teachers to use, gives the best type of data, and is priced well so that schools will purchase it. It is also important to remember that ed tech does not replace the role of the teacher, but rather helps to enhance it. We should keep in mind the SAMR model when looking at ed tech platforms and ask ourselves whether this platform is truly enhancing classroom learning (is this something that isn’t possible without the platform) or is it just replacing workbook activities.

Today’s teaching -learning process has taken a paradigm shift. Teachers in our time happened to be the pivot around which the learning revolved around but today teachers role in the class is different for say. They still happened to be the same but with a different skill set. Today’s students are more informative with several resources at their disposal and therefore today’s teachers are more a facilitator than just a mere teacher. In such a scenario, he/she will be helpful 1. Tool which exercises collaborative learning 2. Platform which provides Hybrid ( Online/Offline) environment 3. AI can be an effective tool which if possible can be integrated in the platform 4. Cost effective and ease of teaching

What stands out to me regarding educator preferences is the significant gap between the end user (the student and instructor) and the budget holder or tender reviewers. This disconnect often prevents us from fully understanding and addressing user preferences. To truly meet teaching needs, we need closer collaboration between all stakeholders—educators, budget decision-makers, and product developers. Only by working together can we create solutions that genuinely support learning and instruction.

Each teacher has their own teaching style, classroom dynamics, and comfort level with technology. These factors play a huge role in determining which EdTech platform resonates with them. Some teachers thrive on simplicity. They want a platform that's intuitive and easy to navigate, so they can focus on teaching, not troubleshooting tech issues. From what I have experienced in school settings, the students are learning through technology in education nowadays. That's where the teachers will guide and lead them to use the gadgets ethically. In terms of platforms, out there are plenty of platforms for the schools or educators to choose to manipulate in school and manage the students' progress conveniently. Personally prefer the platform that has more cute functions as the kids loved it a lot, as they can also participate in giving rewards to their peers. They will also be able to watch closely their class behaviors and learning progress along with the parents as well. This platform eases lots of burden in terms of attendance, results, study progress & behavior management.

In addition, all relevant stakeholders and their respective privacy rights should be considered, when choosing an EdTech solution (e.g. national employee rights regarding teachers and lecturers).

This means a continual, agile process for everyone involved, which can be complex, but can avoid uncontrolled, inconsistent and individual adaption of recent EdTech, which ultimately would create only little impact.
