1. Prioritising problem resolutions: When encountering technical issues: * Self-Troubleshooting: Utilize online resources to address less complex problems. * Manufacturer Support: Contact the printer's maintenance team for expert assistance. * Part Replacement: If necessary, explore the manufacturer's options for part production or temporary machine loan, depending on your service plan. 2. Proactive Measures: Conduct a root cause analysis to identify and rectify the underlying issue, minimizing future occurrences.

3D Printers can be difficult to repair, and parts can be difficult to source. A printer's manual may not be the best source for information. Many companies such as Prusa, Bambu, Elegoo or Creality have online forums where common issues are discussed. Oftentimes, some users may even have simple solutions for some shortcomings of printers on the market. Sometimes a technical issue with a 3D printer is an opportunity to upgrade and improve the printer and prevent the same issue from occuring again.

If there is a FDM 3D printing task, moreover, part has very small critical details to capture. Then one has to very careful with that printing task. In this scenario, most of the time one has to priorities time over speed but to get ready that part in time most of the time better understanding of print time and print speed is required in order to prevent technical issue however my suggestion is to look for better fast FDM printer or give the task appropriate time to complete to prevent other issues.

1. Check Calibration and Settings: Ensure your 3D printer is properly calibrated. Verify settings like bed leveling, nozzle temperature, and print speed to prevent issues like stringing or warping. 2. Material and Environment: Use the correct filament for your project and maintain a stable printing environment. High humidity or temperature fluctuations can cause issues like bed adhesion problems or filament degradation. 3. Troubleshooting Common Errors: Look for signs of common problems such as under/over-extrusion or nozzle clogs. Adjust retraction settings or clean the nozzle if necessary, and consider using supports for complex geometries to prevent print failures.
