These are most likely insignificant to the CFO, who is looking for bottom line results, but are important to the team. Getting the team to cooperate and participate is the key to delivering the bottom line results. Don't be afraid to communicate successes, give the team credit for their hard work, public recognition (internal to the company) is a good reward mechanism and will motivate, or at least intrigue, others to participate.
