While having a very tight schedule sounds optimal, it's not actually realistic. We are humans, not robots, and unexpected things will come up for you, a teammate, or your client. If you build in buffer time and don't need it, you will end early. If you do need it, you're all set.

There are too many reasons if one struggles to meet project deadlines. Apart from insights shared in previous sections, unrealistic expectations is also one of the reason.
