In the first step, when starting a project, a project manager must be familiar with client expectations in the contract, and the second step is to determine priorities and provide the schedule and outcome for each group. The third step is to appoint the best group. I believe that this arrangement is not good, and this project manager needs two other groups called BIM and developer because BIM is a huge database of the project; the developers facilitate collaboration among various groups by developing programs by API or the family and presenting all project information by the special dashboard to all stakeholders for tracking. This way leads to facilitating value engineering and identifying risk, and all client expectations are met.
