Utilize a risk matrix to categorize the safety item and propose a practical mitigation strategy. (Engineering, Administrative Controls etc.) Use a simplified cost-benefit document to rank the process streamlining idea, initiate a Class 3 cost estimate, and rough out an MOC document together. Hand off, monitor, and provide support. Give them the tools they need, demonstrate how to effectively use them, and watch the magic!
