E outra coisa que já usei em aquisi??es, é visitar outras empresas que já est?o utilizando equipamentos ou implementaram projetos das empresas fornecedoras que estou adquirindo, seja direto fa?a perguntas objetivas e busque aparar qualquer aresta antes mesmo de contratar.

1°) Os objetivos deve sim estar claros, até mesmo se isso acarreta ou n?o por exemplo donwsizing, a transparência nas mudan?as motivas os fortes e seleciona naturalmente as equipes, isso claramente por mais que seja assuntos delicados devem estar expostos. 2°) Em outra esfera de analise é necessário também transmitir todos os aspectos do projeto, inclusive as futuras movimenta??es e armazenamentos, pois o sucesso do projeto por vezes fica comprometido por coisas simples, como por exemplo um método adequado e ergon?mico de movimenta??o.
