Em todas as implanta??es que tive a oportunidade de participar, encontrar um terreno comum entre a necessidade de negocio e a TI eram sempre pontos críticos do projeto. Com o tempo entendi que os profissionais de ambas as áreas n?o tinham como compreender as necessidades do outro, diante disso optei por uma pessoa especifica para realizar essa comunica??o. Esse profissional deve ter conhecimento mesmo que superficial nessas áreas e ele fará os ajustes necessários tanto na comunica??o quanto no alinhamento das necessidades, elencando as prioridades de forma que as necessidades de ambos sejam atendidas.

Além de responsabilidades bem definidas dentro do projeto os profissionais multifuncionais s?o imprescindíveis para o sucesso do processo, eles devem garantir que a ferramenta atenda a necessidade da empresa, adequando e alinhando o processo da empresa a ferramenta disponibilizada, fazendo os ajustes necessários para que atender tanto a demanda do ERP quanto a necessidade do usuário.
