The following are some ways you can inspire your team to maintain and improve quality: 1. Regular team meetings where you go around the team, asking each member to share a challenge they faced & brain storm solutions for the challenge. 2. Communicate the why not the how - Explain why its important to do something from a quality or regulatory perspective and let the team decide how they will implement those requirements. This helps build trust and responsibility towards quality initiatives. 3. Select an improvement project within the department or company. Nominate a project leader from the junior level to lead and execute the project.

Provide CPDs/trainings for continuous learning so as the teams have a comprehensive to understanding of Quality at company and global levels with insights on Quality objectives, policies, processes, procedures and documentation etc. Foster a workplace atmosphere that encourages open dialogue for the exchange of ideas and constructive feedback. Recognize and reward your teams whenever feasible.

I believe this begins with the example & culture I set for the team & how I inspire & empower them, So I`ll: *Start by setting clear expectations with measurable goals & ensure they know what success looks like. *Lead by example showing commitment to quality at every level. * Encourage ownership of their tasks & decisions, making them more invested in the outcome. * Encourage open communication to make it easy for them to share their thoughts & concerns. * Provide growth & development opportunities & equip them with the required skills & knowledge. * Track performance using KPIs to evaluate success & identify areas for improvement. * Celebrate successes while addressing gaps with constructive feedback.
