We need to be mindful while establishing Standard Work. Key metrices considering Quality and Effectiveness should be introduced. Employees should be trained and retrained on the approach. And most importantly, the same has to be enforced in the Daily/Shift/Toolbox Meeting - followed by prioritizing Quality & Effectiveness topic in Team Meetings.
