When stakeholders disagree about software testing results, I start by listening to everyone's concerns to understand their viewpoints. I then organize a meeting where everyone can share their issues and expectations. By focusing on shared goals, I help align their interests. I promote open communication and transparency, making sure all data and test results are available to everyone. If needed, I mediate to find solutions that work for all parties. Finally, I document the agreed-upon resolutions and follow up to ensure they are implemented. This approach encourages teamwork and effectively resolves conflicts.

When sharing the test results, make sure you are also sharing the test data, test approach that has led the testing team to the result shared. Add additional data points, use graph and charts so that stakeholders under the results in a proper way. Usually, my approach is always to avoid problems, instead of fixing/correcting when it happens
