To win over senior leaders who doubt your training content, start by demonstrating its alignment with the company's goals and needs. Highlight the content's relevance and how it addresses key challenges or objectives. Share data or case studies showing its effectiveness and potential impact. Offer a preview or pilot session to showcase its value and gather initial feedback. By showing a clear connection between the content and the organization's success, you can build confidence and support from senior leaders.

Senior leaders are investing their time & energy and they would really like to know the training methodologies & also about the trainer. If we can create some outline or a journey or an E-flyer, it would give them an update. Along with it, if the prime credentials of the trainer are also given, the senior leaders will be rest assured for investing their time for our session.

maybe in a few case, we can share the outcome possibility of the training, and try to explain more to them WHAT IS THE GOOD POINT from participating in the training...

First of all, it's about gaining their buy in the first place. There was a reason they asked you to create/deliver it in the first place. When senior leaders doubted my training content, I focused on aligning the material with their strategic goals. In one instance, I presented clear data showing how the training addressed key performance gaps. I also invited them to preview the content and participate in a session, which showcased its practical value. Gathering feedback from early participants and highlighting improvements further reinforced credibility. By directly linking the outcomes of the training to organizational success, I was able to demonstrate its relevance and win over leadership, turning skeptics into advocates for the program.
