La correcta definición del problema es el paso más importante, y es crucial darle todo el tiempo necesario y no pasar demasiado rápido a la resolución del problema. Es imprescindible reproducir el problema en el laboratorio. Si no somos capaces de reproducirlo, no tendremos ese elemento de comparación que será necesario para comprobar el avance. Para ello, es muy importante reproducir las condiciones de trabajo/operación en las que se ha encontrado el problema de forma tan ajustada como sea posible. Este punto es vital. Sí no podemos reproducir el problema, no podremos resolverlo. Una vez hecho, es momento de desarrollar la/s hipótesis de trabajo de la forma más acotada y precisa posible.

Review and calculate the best options with clear indicators and then take the actions looking again your problem and objectives. Once run again the process to know if the problem was solved. Important to record lesson learned to be used for similar cases and share these with the organization.
