What i learnt from my 15years It exp, leading around 100 member team, below are few tips I would share: 1. Make growth a habit, focus on daily doing 1-2 hrs of preparation. 2. Set milestones, what you want to do this quarter, and then 6months, and so on. 3. Grow along with your friends / collegues, when you grow along with people.. the journey become easy. Wish you well, do apply, it would help

The feeling of slow progress comes from not recognizing the depth of the skills you are building. It's easy to feel frustrated when we don't see immediate results. I recall a time in my own career when I felt stuck, but a mentor helped me see that I was actually horning critical skills needed for my next role. Focus on your long term gain and embrace the process. Career development isn't always about upward movement but also growth in all aspect.

One powerful way to stay motivated is to visualize the ripple effect of each small step on your long-term goals. For instance, when I felt stuck early in my career, I started tracking 'impact moments' — small achievements or interactions that aligned with my larger vision. Reviewing these monthly reinforced that even incremental progress was moving me forward. I also recommend building a 'future board' where you collect visuals or phrases that represent your goals. Revisiting these on tough days can serve as a tangible reminder of why you started, keeping motivation high even when progress feels slow

Focus on your SMALL wins- even if they are super small, and write them down! When you feel frustrated, pull that list out and read, and reread. No matter how slow you feel you are going, there ARE things you are doing to move you in the direction you want to go.

Personally, I find it important to break things into smaller steps. It’s like baking a cake - what are the steps? You preheat the oven, get a bowl, measure and add your flour, eggs, and milk, mix it all together, pour it into a tray and put it in the oven. ?? This process is similar to setting career goals. You need to understand how to get from A to B. If you feel like you're not moving fast enough or you're unsure if you're on the right path, ask your colleagues, network, friends, they might be able to help put you back on track. ?? Also, don’t forget to celebrate the small wins! ??
