En todo grupo creativo hay personas con una mayor disposición a participar, es algo natural. Para evitar que sólo algunos se expresen se plantea una dinámica que involucre a todos, en la cual nadie pueda ceder su participación. En mi experiencia ha sido útil organizar microexposiciones. Así, cada participante valiéndose de algún objeto o imagen gráfica, relacionada con el proyecto de trabajo, presenta su idea. Los demás miembros del equipo deben comentar lo propuesto por los otros. De esta manera, se logra una verdadera participación, se controla a quienes tienden a imponerse, todos se enriquecen y se abre el abanico de opciones para abordar el proyecto.

Go around the room and share – each person reads their ideas without any immediate feedback or judgment. No one nods or hints at agreement to keep the environment neutral. Order matters – potentially have the more junior team members share first so that the seniors' ideas don’t unintentionally influence the room. Then discuss – once all ideas are on the table, you can start the open discussion about pros and cons. This approach can help level the playing field and ensure everyone's voice is heard, uninfluenced by hierarchy.
