When parents have concerns about my teaching, I make sure to listen carefully and understand their worries. I explain my teaching methods in a simple way, showing how they help students learn better. I also share examples of student progress, like their work or improvements, to show that my approach is working. Most importantly, I stay open to feedback and work together with parents to support their child’s learning.
