I like having an archive folder within each main folder for storing old documentation while still maintaining easy access to them is a practical organizational approach in the workplace. Audits are essential to identify where issues, in this case multiple/outdated versions. Audits should be done and then training/or a solution should be actioned, then a further Audit a month later.
