Tentar mostrar o quanto aquele determinado arranjo e organiza??o colaborou - direta e indiretamente - para a entrega dos resultados esperados. Mostrar os números antes e depois é uma boa maneira de convencer a alta lideran?a de que aquele esfor?o empregado na constru??o dos métodos e padr?es serviram para potencializar os resultados obtidos.
