Whenever you are working, whether its with a screwdriver a wrench or a socket, sometimes you get tired , and disoriented cuz you are underneath. ALWAYS , remember, RIGHTY....TIGHTY LEFTY LOOSEY ( unless its reverse threaded, there is no rhyme for that )

When you experience resistance from people with seniority, explain the efficiency with the process you are using. The more it is used, the more tasks get completed, now, quality is not compromised, you are just more efficient. As you become more efficient with each task, you move on to the next one, before you know it, your day is complete with a half hour / 45 minutes to spare. Somedays that means getting extra paperwork done, or getting out early. Point being, they are more efficient, which allows them to get other things done, reducing the mountain, and as the mountain gets smaller they see the sunshine. Then it seems they have nothing to do, but in reality they are running an EFFICIENT facility.....
