Un buen ejemplo que desarrollamos en mi empresa; es que los cambios a implementar primero debían ser analizados por un equipo multidisciplinario y multisectorial.Ser presentados a la línea gerencial y una vez aprobados ; los líderes de cada área presentárselos a todo el personal propio contratistas y proveedores sin excepción; esperando las retroalimentaciónes pertinentes , cerrando todas las brechas hasta llegar a una completa asimilación y sólida práctica de los temas presentados.

Todo cambio tiene su complejidad y resistencia propia; el difundirlo en grupos peque?os permite una sana interacción con los participantes a los cuales se debe llegar.Si hubiesen brechas son fáciles de detectar quienes necesita un contacto más personalizado.
