In case you have warehouse transaction management by manual, It will be recommended you do daily count and find countermeasure immediately for problem, then train your member. The best time for training is when problem come up. Study case is the best topic for training. Daily count should be focused to goods which have a transaction during mentioned date. If you have automatic transaction management and don't have any prevention for mis-transaction (such as double input), it is suggested to do same way. It will be more effective if you have special employee for it. For full automatic transaction management and having mistake prevention, training will be needed just as reminder or preparation for job rotation.
